Accepting resumes for a possible FT Maintenance position in a high-rise condominium property located in the Makiki area.

Reports directly to and assists the Resident Manager. The ideal candidate for this position would be a resourceful, a problem solver, organized, proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and a willingness to learn and able to follow both written & verbal directions.

Assist RM with periodic property inspections including building, landscaping, and swimming pool for cleanliness, safety, operation, and appearance.

Typical Work Hours M-F 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 1 hour lunch.

Must have cellphone and be on call to assist Resident Manager if needed for afterhours emergencies.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Swimming Pool Maintenance. Must have or be able obtain CPO Certificate.
• Building upkeep, cleaning walkways, lobby, elevators, parking lots, restrooms, and other common areas & amenities.
• Replace burned out or defective light/lighting on exterior of building and common areas.
• Maintains all door closures throughout common areas for proper operation.
• Routine Visual inspection of all Fire Extinguishers & Hoses.
• Maintains trash rooms, trash bins, trash chutes, recycle bins, equipment & storage areas.
• Assist with Landscape Maintenance as needed. Perform weekly inspection & repairs of irrgation system.

Additional Requirements:

• Current Driver’s License & Transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening test.
